Access to and use of the ph369 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. This age restriction is an absolute requirement and is not subject to exception under any circumstances. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Philippines. ph369 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and will take immediate action — including permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance — if it is discovered that a player has misrepresented their age during registration.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your specific location within the Philippines. All financial transactions on ph369, including deposits and withdrawals, are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). In the event of a suspension pending investigation, the player's balance will be held and not disbursed until the investigation is concluded; if a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ph369 support through the channels described on the FAQ page. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to pending verification or wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the payment terms described in Section 6. Players who have self-excluded for responsible gaming purposes must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during the self-exclusion period; any account opened during an active self-exclusion will be closed and any deposits returned. ph369 may also close inactive accounts that have shown no login or transaction activity for an extended period, in which case any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy communicated through the account interface.

ph369 is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered as a result of your reliance on third-party information or your interaction with any third-party service, even where that service is integrated into or linked from the ph369 platform. The inclusion of any third-party reference on ph369 does not imply a partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation between ph369 and that third party beyond the specific service arrangement in place. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the ph369 platform, these terms, or any alleged breach thereof shall first be referred to ph369 support for informal resolution. ph369 is committed to resolving player concerns fairly and promptly, and the majority of account and transaction queries can be addressed efficiently through the support channels listed on the FAQ page.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of that dispute. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate harm. Players who believe their consumer rights under Philippine law have been affected may also seek assistance from the relevant government agencies responsible for consumer protection in the Philippines. ph369 is committed to operating with full transparency and will cooperate with any lawful inquiry from regulatory authorities in the Philippines relating to the platform's operations or a player's account.
